Best Western to Go App Reviews

Its a good way to access a place to stay in United States. But it must to have a good searcher by map.

I have used it and am very satisfied

The new version is unusable. The older version was perfect with all informations about your account. Now, no bookings or reservations available. No overview, no informations. Better booking over website...

I thought, that there might be a clear overview about Reward activities! But no Information about Reward and booking. Wirst App ive ever seen!

I just installed the app and I am told that I have tried to do something forbidden and that I have been blocked right from the bat...nonsense. Please solve those issues or else you might use value customers

Login to Rewards is not working via APP (no issue with account while logging from website). Reservation details can not be retrieved via APP. Without these features APP is more or less useless.

The first few times I used the app on my iPad it worked great but then it glitches up and when I put in a destination it always sends me a box telling me I must input a destination before I can search. No idea why it doesnt recognize the info has been entered. It will do this even when I select from the drop down menu. This is frustrating as it is forcing me to use Expedia which means I lose out on BW rewards!!! Bad app!

Nice app except it sporadically changes the dates when you book. First time I noticed it and cancelled the booking, second time I didnt and had to pay a no show. Not impressed!

The one thing missing is the possibility to click in your reservation on a map button to show you the way to your reserved hotel. But other then that, I love the overview of my reservations in an easy to get to app.

First time, sent voucher to my daughter. Easy to figure out, took one minute. Great App!

All I wanted us to see what the rooms at a specific location look like, could find no easy way to do that.

Does not show the Best Western closest to me. If it cant even do that, whats the point?

Too bad the map with all Best Western hotels showing along the road is not there anymore. This was the best way cause you could see the hotels along your route without having to specify any state in particular. I do not like this version very much.
