Best Western to Go App Reviews

This seems to be the only way to log on to Bestwestern on iPhone if you have an account. When I went through Safari or Firefox app directly, there was a ridiculous "Im not a robot" login procedure. Impossible. I was never able to login. This app enabled me to log in easily and gave me complete account information and easy searching and booking. This app seems to be the only way to logon to Bestwestern if you have an account.

There should be an option to limit use of location services to only "While Using." And, it would be nice to be able to save Travel Cards in your account for easy redemption. I have a few from promotions, gifts, etc. BW markets them pretty hard, so should better integrate them into their online presence.

It just is awful... If I didnt like bw motels Id delete this app!! Logging in is impossible ...I get new passwords sent to email and nothing works... Web designer needs to read these and fix...ASAP!!!

App crashes when trying to make reservations. Had to use Safari instead. Please fix.

Reservation details are never available via the app on iPhone 6.

So frustrated. I cant get in touch with app developer. The app is downloaded to my phone and wont update or delete its stuck. Cant get any support. This is horrible.

While there are some good hotel reservation apps, this is not one of them. Such a ridiculous process, so many extra clicks to go through, hoops to jump through, and then......will not accept my members number. Fix this stupid app, it worked ok about 5 updates ago but gets worse with every new version. Nuts.
