Best Western to Go App Reviews

Every search returns "No rooms available". Cant sign in. Its useless. Used to use the Best Western app a lot but this is pointless.

I was logged out and the app wont let me log back in. It says username or password wrong. I can login fine to the website.

App login does not work. I can login to the mobile and desktop sites but not the app.

Second time at this--- first the app does not interlink to central booking!! Im being charged hundreds of dollars because of this. I cancelled a reservation. And didnt realize that I made another(. Months in advance). Because when I had to rebook my trip I looked to my app to see. There was nothing. I never had an email confirming my reservation from BW. So I figured I didnt make one. Then when I rebooked I was informed that they didnt have an email-- why did they not ask that from me??? Come to the day -- I have 2 reservations with this hotel and they are charging me-- yes for one day now but that is ridiculous -- Ive always been a BW fan but it seems they dont care about anything-- the person who is loyal to their company. I will seek out new lodgings in the future. Booking. Com is a more reliable app.

This is the only app I have ever given 1 star. It does not even let me login because it constantly says my login info is incorrect. I just login through the website. What a waste of money they spent to develop this app.

This app never works, it doesnt recognize my login information. Its force closes constantly!! You would think that a hotel chain like best Western would have invested a little bit more effort, and made sure that the app was worth a

No problem logging on the web site, but this app doesnt take it. My password is within the length and constraints set on the BW website. A real waste of my time.

All I can say is...wow! I have quite a few hotel apps and by far this one is definitely the most useless. Apparently, I cant user the same user name/psw that I can use in Safari and on my home computer. BW really needs to fire whomever they contracted to build this app. Clearly they used someone fresh out of high school. Dont waste your time downloading, its not worth the 30-seconds; you cant get that time back.

I cant sign into the app, but I can sign in under Safari. Totally useless as zero information is available on the app. App is not compatible with iOS 10.

I cant log into my account through the app. I have no problem logging in through the computer. Ridiculous

The Best Western mobile app does not allow for login. Does not recognize login or passwords. Login from computer works fine. Pretty useless!

Well if youre looking for a Best Western Hotel you would think their own app would be the place to go -- Wrong. I did a search of the Portland, Oregon metro area, results came back "no rooms available" in the entire region. So to test it did same search but used Seattle, guess what "no rooms available". Must be something big going on in early October in the Northwest -- nope, went to Expedia, hundreds if not thousands of rooms available including Best Western hotels. Did anyone actually test this app to see if it worked before they released it? TOTAL junk, oh well, my IHG, Choice hotel, Hilton hotel and Marriott hotel apps work just fine.

Both my wife and I tried to use this app on different days: on the road and on my home wireless. Errors such as "invalid credit card option" made it impossible to make a reservation with. Seems ok for checking an already existing reservation.

Cant book the same day as you open the app. Needs to be at least a day in advance. Also provide the ability to call the hotel so you can ask about special accommodations. For instance if I need an elevator and book a hotel and then show up to find its broken that doesnt help me much.

On my iPhone 6. I couldnt select a day in a future month. The map had markers for hotels but no map features like streets etc. Very peculiar. Not usable.

Not sure what is up with this app but cannot search for anything for any dates. It doesnt sound like the developers are in much of a hurry to fix the bugs. Way too many people dissatisfied with the BW app and it appears that the people responsible arent listening. Update. Whatever the last update did, it fixed the problem. Now everything seems to be working the way it should and I can make reservations again. Woohoo!!

They have an option to add your rewards card to your wallet, only when you join. So if you accidentally delete it, good luck getting it back. Also no point in having it inside your app wallet since it does not update and tell you how many points you have.

Recaptcha not needed on iPhones. Maybe on credit card apps. Even with correct information I cannot access my future stays. This is the worst travel app I have seen so far

Not worth downloading Best Western should try a little harder. It is obvious their people have not checked other hotel apps and how much better theirs could be.

Four words-"Keep Me Signed In"!! Terrible app, whats with the Captcha junk? You cant even see the letters on a phone screen. Who cares about security, I just want a bed and shower. Also needs to work with Passbook. Hilton and Starwood keep me signed in and work in passbook. Please FIX
