Best Western to Go App Reviews

When I look in the main menu I can see the city of my reservation above "Upcoming Reservations", but when I tap it I get a yellow bouncing ball for about 2 seconds, and then the app crashes. Every time. When I tap "Check Reservations" I am taken to the page where I can see my reservation, but when I tap "details", I get Mr. Yellow bouncing ball again for the same amount of time before the program crashes again - about 2 seconds. Fix this and get more stars

I stay in Southern California hotels around 60-70 nights a year. I have a Diamond membership with BW and Hilton. I must say that lately I stay with Hilton more than BW primarily for the easy of booking. Your app has come a long way over the past two years but it is still not there. Yet. I crashed on me today time and time again. I leave the app and go to your website. It is clumsy and hard to view various options. I left the site and booked a room with Doubletree tonight. Their app is slick and responsive. I even can check in a choose the exact room. Your sloppy app is costing you sales. Get it fixed or I will move on. And how about storing my CC info so I do not have to enter it every time?

Very long process a hotel room and even more difficult (near impossible)to book a room using reward points. Ill just stick to hotels.com

Cant really review it as it crashes on start, even after normal debugging steps like rebooting or fresh install.

I can not open the app since it has updated. I get a splash screen and then it goes away. I am better off opening the site in a browser.

I used the app to book a hotel room. It looked like I wasnt getting the AAA or 10% best western savings reward. I went to the Internet and got the AAA rate saving me almost $10 for the same hotel. If you want to pay the most possible use this app. I hope it is a mistake and they will correct the problem but deleting it until I find out it really works.

While it is useful for searching hotels, it crashes when trying to select a room.

Clicking on one of your upcoming reservations always makes it crash. It also crashes randomly at other times. Its pretty much worthless.

The new app is terrible! Retrieved reservation to modify check-in date. The app allowed for cancellation but not modification. Went to FAQ in Customer Care and there was a link for modifications and Cancellations. Clicked on link and my confirmation number was shown. Clicked on Details and I get an internal server area. I then tried to book new reservation but I could not find a field to book a special rate code, eg AARP. Ugh!

Map of hotel locations does not appear. If you want to be close to a specific location, good luck. This site will not help.

Do not waste your time with this app. Worthless!

This is, without any close competition, the MOST USELESS app, published by a hotel chain, that I have ever seen. User cant select rate type (corporate, AAA, AARP, etc), so all bookings are at full retail price. I couldnt believe all the negative reviews. I thought those writers didnt know how to use the app. Turns out, it is the app developers that DONT KNOW HOW TO ACCOMPLISH A TASK SUCCESSFULLY. I have better luck using the mobile Safari for bookings. Best Western should send the app developers back to Microsoft and hire some iOS developers

I cant see my reservation details. App doesnt show or gives error message. Add to Wallet function is missing as well.

1 star is too high a rating. I am a Rewards member and my userid/password work fine on the website but this damned useless app refuses to let me in. Ive got grandkids who can code a better app! This app is going into my "trash."

The most garbage app of all garbage apps. Cant even log into my account. It keeps error if out like the username/password is wrong, but I can log into my account with the same username/password through safari.

Nothing in this app works! Reservations do not show up, rewards points do not show up.

Sept 2016 update - unusable. Says there are no hotels anywhere! BW, get your act together or dont claim to have an app! Have to sign in every time I use it - no way to save even my user name. Typing in my full email address, password + capcha code every time is ridiculous. Fine if you arent a club member.

There should be an option to limit use of location services to only "While Using." And, it would be nice to be able to save Travel Cards in your account for easy redemption. I have a few from promotions, gifts, etc. BW markets them pretty hard, so should better integrate them into their online presence. P.S. This location service thing has been going on for a while and is a simple fix, re-posting with one less star - will continue to do so until fixed and until I hit 1 star!

App doesnt work. It doesnt appear to support password authentication. Fix it and I might install again.
