Best Western to Go App Reviews

Downloaded the upgraded app on my iPhone 6+, was pleasantly surprised with ease of navigating and booking as a rewards member. Done in few taps. Worth upgrading.

Very nice update to a clean and modern design. Lots of nice little touches to make searching and booking easy. Not sure about the reviewer complaining about access to Rewards info, Ive logged in and can see everything. As a frequent traveler Im hoping that push notifications are enabled as well for booking reminders and other helpful information, the more proactive the better.

Update is full of useful information, but the app crashes anytime I try to see it. Have yet to be able to see my past reservations.

The new update is the best!!! And I love how I can stay signed in and not having to put my info in just to check points.

This app has one of the worst user interface of any app Ive used. It would probably be less frustrating to just call the 800 number.

Love the new modern design. Simple and easy to use, straightforward and shows you just what you need to see.

Was booking accommodations for an upcoming trip, and thought Id give the app a try. Installed, and it wants gps access even when not using the app. For what? Tried booking a room, and the app would not process payment. After trying several times I gave up and went to Best Westerns site on my computer. The website worked great, no problem. Will now be uninstalling the useless app.

App will not run on jailbroken devices. This isnt a technical issue but instead an intentional decision by Best Western. Funny tho, apps from other hotel chains work just fine. Guess Best Western doesnt need or want my business.

I really like it, but wish you could allow access only when using the app.

Until the different billing address section includes a field for a different billing name, the app is useless.

Downloaded latest update looks good but when checking current reservations show detail the app crashes. It does same on iPad or iPhone. I deleted and re-installed. Still crashes.

Same day booking is not available. I dont need a room tomorrow, I need one tonight.

Same room on website $127.80 on the app $147. So using this app costs $10.80 a night. Used trip advisor got the same room even cheaper.

This app is good and getting better. Since the last upgrade I cant get the "rewards activity" to show up, even when I know there has been recent activity and points have increased on the dashboard. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and hat didnt work. I would prefer to have reported this problem in a less public way. But the app does not offer a way to report issues, such as an email address. So thats another shortcoming with this app.

I travel quite a bit for work and when I stay at the Best Western I like to keep my reservations in the app. Its faster than logging on to the site. However, it will show the reservation and then error out. The dashboard also has problems. When will this be resolved?

App is useless for me. It crashes instantly, every time when I attempt to look at one of my reservations.

Several versions ago you could search using the map and it displayed the price. I would love to have that version back. It was very handy when traveling as I could see what was available along my route.

It would be nice if most hotel clerks could actually read the small type they use for the rewards account number. As it is, its too small so that means you need to either carry your card or create your own "note" or something...which makes the app useless at check in. Sure, I can make reservations...but I can do that without an app...the app should be like other hotel apps that I use and include a copy of the card and/or use passbook for that.

The last couple updates have taken this app from being absolutely miserable to use to one of the best hotel apps I use. The only thing that is left to improve on is to integrate with iOS Passport. Love the changes BW. Keep it up.

Keeps crashing on certain hotels. Please fix.
